Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our policy lasts 30 days from the day of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Here at Confetti Pop, we take great pride in how we carefully hand pick and pack your orders, so if items come back in damaged / unoriginal condition, a store credit will be issued for full value or a 50% back on original payment. 

A few types of our party goods are exempt from being returned, including, but not limited to, balloons, digital invites, or any health and personal care items (i.e. nail polish / stickers, party hats, hair clips, straws, etc.), hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases. All seasonal items and Sale / Clearance items are final sale. This includes holiday items such as Valentine's Day, Easter, 4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.

To complete your return, we require: 

  • packing slip, receipt or proof of purchase
  • emailed photograph of any damaged items

Please do not send your purchase back to the product vendor or manufacturer. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your retuned item(s) and whether your refund has been accepted or denied. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. How many days this takes will depend on your original payment. It may take some time depending on your bank.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at confettipoppartyco@gmail.com. Please do not ship back your item until you have heard from us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item(s). Please email us the tracking number along with your original order # once your return parcel has shipped. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
